Alexas (you can call her Lexi or Lex) has completed MaKami College’s 3000-hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program. She was a proud MaKami Champion in her first year of study. While she completes her 3000 hours as a student RMT, Lexi is qualified to practice Swedish massage, relaxation massage, and treatment massage therapies.

Lexi has always enjoyed helping others. For her, massage therapy is a rewarding experience because it challenges her to use detective skills, knowledge about body mechanics, and healing work to help clients through their treatment progression. Lexi loves being a massage therapist because she is always learning new ways to connect with her clients and help them achieve their wellness goals. The warm and inviting atmosphere, convenient St. Albert location, and the opportunity to work with like-minded team members are what Lexi loves about working at Urban Massage & Wellness.

When Lexi is not working her massage magic, you can typically find her embarking on an adventure in the great outdoors, spending time with family, whipping up a new recipe, or practicing self-care and working on her personal growth.
