All services are final sale. We do not provide refunds or credits for single sessions or completed services.

Once a service has been provided, it is considered rendered and cannot be refunded.

Packages

Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy

Packages are offered at a discounted rate compared to single sessions. Purchasing a package reflects a commitment to follow through with the recommended number of sessions for best results.

For this reason:

• Packages are non refundable once purchased
• No refunds or credits are provided for unused sessions
• Used sessions are non refundable
• Sessions do not expire and remain available for future use
• Packages are non transferable

If you are unsure whether Infrared Sauna or Red Light Therapy sessions are the right fit for you, we recommend starting with a single session before purchasing a package.

Retail Products

All retail product sales are final sale.

If a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, it may be exchanged or issued store credit at our discretion. We do not offer refunds on opened products.
