Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit affects both our practitioners and other clients who could have used that time.

To ensure fairness and availability, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or a missed appointment will be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee.
• A credit card is required on file when booking an appointment, and any applicable fees will be charged to the card on file.
• Fees are at the discretion of the practitioner.
